1. Crushing, Milling & Gravity Plant

The foundation of our gold recovery strategy is a highly efficient gravity process that combines crushing, milling, and state-of-the-art gravity concentrators, including the Falcon SB.

  • Efficiency: Capable of recovering approximately 60% of the gold.
  • Ideal for: Coarse gold particles larger than 50 µm.
  • Challenges: Approximately 40% of the gold remains in the tailings as fine particles (<50 µm).

2. SLR (Sepro Leach Reactor)

To tackle the fine gold particles left behind, we employ the intensive cyanide leaching capabilities of the Sepro Leach Reactor (SLR).

  • Efficiency: Recovers approximately 95% of the remaining gold from tailings.
  • Ideal for: Fine gold particles that elude gravity separation (<50 µm).
  • Residual gold: Only 5% of the original gold remains post-processing.

3. Combined Recovery Approach

By combining the Crushing, Milling & Gravity Plant with the SLR reactor, we achieve unparalleled results:

  • Total gold recovery: Up to 98-99% of the available gold.
  • Economic feasibility: This integrated approach maximizes profitability by addressing both coarse and fine gold fractions effectively.

Our project leverages four leading gravity concentrators to enhance recovery rates:

  1. Falcon (Sepro Mineral Systems): Exceptional for coarse and fine particles with high recovery efficiency.
  2. Knelson (FLSmidth): Proven technology for large-scale operations with reliable performance.
  3. iCON: Compact, environmentally friendly, and ideal for small-scale mining operations.
  4. Wolff (Gekko Systems): Innovative, water-efficient design capable of using recycled or “dirty” water.

14 november 2024, Mine Rehab N.V. schenkt rijst aan dorp Kawemhakan met ondersteuning van Blue Wing Airlines

Vandaag heeft Mine Rehab N.V. een belangrijke donatie gedaan aan het dorp Kawemhakan (Anapaike) in het binnenland van Suriname. Door de aanhoudende droogte in de regio is de waterstand van de rivieren extreem laag, wat het transport van basisgoederen bemoeilijkt en de dorpsgemeenschappen in de regio zwaar treft. Om de gemeenschap te ondersteunen, heeft Mine Rehab N.V. rijst aangekocht en gedistribueerd aan de dorpsbewoners van Kawemhakan, zodat zij kunnen voorzien in hun dagelijkse behoeften.

Granman dhr. Ipomadi Pelenapin nam namens de gemeenschap de rijstdonatie in ontvangst. Zijn aanwezigheid onderstreepte het belang van deze steun voor het dorp en zijn inwoners. Blue Wing Airlines speelde daarnaast een cruciale rol in dit proces door het vervoer van de rijst per vliegtuig kosteloos op zich te nemen. Dankzij hun betrokkenheid kon de donatie snel en efficiënt op de bestemming worden afgeleverd, ondanks de uitdagende omstandigheden.

Mine Rehab N.V. donates rice to the village of Kawemhakan with the support of Blue Wing Airlines

Today, Mine Rehab N.V. made a meaningful donation to the village of Kawemhakan (Anapaike) in the interior of Suriname. Due to the ongoing drought in the region, river levels are extremely low, making the transport of essential goods challenging and placing a strain on local communities. To support the village, Mine Rehab N.V. purchased and distributed rice to the residents of Kawemhakan, helping to meet their daily needs.

Granman Mr. Ipomadi Pelenapin received the rice donation on behalf of the community. His presence highlighted the importance of this support for the village and its residents. Blue Wing Airlines also played a crucial role by covering the transportation costs of flying the rice to its destination. Thanks to their involvement, the donation could be delivered quickly and efficiently, despite the challenging conditions.

Through this collaboration, Mine Rehab N.V. and Blue Wing Airlines aim to positively impact the well-being of the villagers and make a difference during a difficult time.
